SBM Management is searching for a Director of Change Management to join our team! 

The Director of Change Management will lead the organizational change strategy for large-scale transformation initiatives. This role will drive adoption, minimize resistance, and ensure a seamless transition by developing and executing comprehensive change management plans. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in enterprise-wide technology implementations, stakeholder engagement, and training development. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a structured change management strategy for enterprise initiatives.Lead and manage the change management strategy and plan for the Workday implementation project. Collaborate with executives, HR, IT, and business leaders to align on change initiatives. Design and deliver training programs to ensure a seamless transition for all employees. Create and deliver change communication plans, ensuring clear and effective messaging at all organizational levels. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities, making adjustments as necessary.Providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure the long-term success of transformation initiatives.Qualifications Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of experience in change management, with a strong focus on HRIS, ERP, or Workday implementations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise transformations and technology-driven change initiatives.  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into change management strategies.Experience with Workday implementation cycles, including deployment, testing, training, and adoption.Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools to measure change impact.Previous experience in HR, IT, or Finance transformation projects.Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.Compensation: $165,000 per year
