Title and Summary
Director, Change ManagementOverview:The Talent and Organizational Effectiveness (T&OE) COE connects our people to priceless opportunities so they can reach their potential and ensure we reach ours. We establish industry leading practices for attracting, developing, and retaining the best people, to future proof our business and support teams in delivering the best work of their careers.
The T&OE COE is looking for a Director, Change Management, to drive and lead transformational change initiatives and help build change management capabilities across the organization. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, intellectually curious, analytical, adaptable, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong track record of driving sustainable organizational change.
The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders in the People and Capability function and project teams to develop and implement holistic strategies and plans for sustainable change and capabilities.
Role:
•\tDevelop and implement comprehensive change management frameworks
•\tLead large scale change management strategies, plans and roadmaps in support of organizational transformations across a wide range of use cases/ scenarios (i.e. new HR programs, new operating models/ ways of working, business transformation, recoding of company culture, process optimization, etc.)
•\tPartner with the People Operations and Insights team to define and track success metrics to measure change adoption and effectiveness, and adoption trends (i.e. employee feedback, engagement surveys, performance metrics)
•\tPartner with Learning and Development in our change management capability / skill building plan across the enterprise (business leaders, People & Capability community, etc.)
•\tDrives strong stakeholder engagement and communications (i.e. change impact/readiness, resistance management, etc.), and acts as a trusted advisor and coach to key stakeholders on managing and leading through change.
All About You:
•\tRobust track record of experience in enterprise wide change management, organizational design and/or transformational consulting initiatives
•\tStrong change management, project management, organizational development, design thinking and systems thinking principles fundamentals
•\tFlexible and adaptable; able to work proactively in ambiguous environments and ability to manage multiple projects and a diverse set of stakeholders across different levels and parts of the business
•\tExcellent problem-solving skills: demonstrated ability to analyze data, structure complex problems, develop solutions.
•\tC-Suite orientated communications, facilitation and presentation skills, especially related to building compelling PowerPoint presentations.
•\tTeam player and able to work collaboratively and partner with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
•\tStrong ability to work in a global and highly matrixed organization.
•\tAdvanced degree/certification in Organizational Development or Change Management or related field, a plus.
•\tExperience both inhouse and from a consulting environment, with mergers and acquisitions, and understanding of people processes end to end are a plus.
Salary range:

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
