Director, Channel Programs

The Partner Sales Operations & Programs Leader position directly aligns with the Channel Chief and offers significant advantages for companies. This role delivers both the responsibilities of Channel operations, as well as strategically implementing partner experience insights across the organization. This leader helps accelerate market reach and optimizes the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

The Partner Sales Operations & Programs Leader collaborates closely with all aspects of the Channel Chief’s organization to identify and eliminate any barriers impeding their efforts to populate the sales funnel.  Through this cooperative approach, this leader works with the team to advance the company towards its overarching objectives, fostering greater efficiency in realizing sales growth.

 

The Channel Chief is responsible for leading channel development, shaping company strategy, and overseeing revenue initiatives. The Partner Sales Operations & Programs Leader complements these efforts by facilitating enablement and execution, acting as a key connection between the Channel Chief, other departments, and external partners for cohesive alignment.


Function of the Role:

The Partner Sales Operations & Programs Leader works with top strategic partners (such as  Individual Agents, Technology Service Distributors or Private Equity). This role directly reports to the Channel Chief They execute the Channel Chief’s strategy and enhance the Partners Experience  This position is responsible for executing strategy with the team and supporting channel managers/sales to deliver revenue and sales.

 

Objectives of the Role:

Provide a cross-functional approach to support sales and revenue growth, ensuring scalability and delivering an exceptional partner experience.

 

The key objectives are the following: 

Partner Programs experience Strategic support to Events and Marketing supporting Channel Chief & Sales Support of Sales Team, Growth Targets & Partner Programs

 

Processes & Efficiencies:

Tools & Automation: Internal & External (Partners) Leadership & Relationship Building with Partners Strategic Development of New Sales Initiatives
