Director, Channels & Alliances

As Director, Channels & Alliances DACH, you will play a key role in driving joint success for Digital Realty and our partners, ensuring we meet our business objectives together. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain strategic relationships with key channel partners and strategic alliances, collaborate with our Digital Realty field sales force, and drive mutual success. The Director, Channels & Alliances DACH will become a subject matter expert on assigned alliances and partners, understanding their products, services, competencies, geographic reach, and organizational structure. You will serve as a compelling ambassador for Digital Realty, articulating joint value propositions to senior executives and driving pipeline development to exceed indirect sales targets.

The focus of this role will be on executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, ensuring successful deal registration, and fostering top-of-funnel activities that lead to strong pipeline development. You will bridge the gap between partner organizations and internal teams, creating a seamless, collaborative environment that drives results.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience in managing strategic alliances and channel partner relationships, preferably within the technology or infrastructure space.

• Strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) execution and sales strategy.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and articulate complex value propositions.

• Ability to navigate complex partner organizations and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

• Experience in sales enablement, technical solution positioning, and pipeline management.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a collaborative, partner-driven environment.

• Familiarity with partner programs and operational processes, and the ability to educate and train others.

• Fluent in German and English
