DIRECTOR, CLAREMONT/LA VERNE OPERATIONS

Position Summary: Under the general direction of the Vice President of Ambulatory Services and in collaboration with the Medical Director and Directors of Operations, Central Billing Office, Quality Patient Services and other members of hospital leadership manage the day-to-day operations of the Pomona Valley Health Centers, including clinical operations, billing and financia lperformance and overall building functions.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree. 5 years experience in an area of or related to physician practice management, including financial performance, quality of care, process improvement, customer experience, and clinical workflows. Strong knowledge of physician billing and collection practices. Organizational skills and personal leadership characteristics necessary to coordinate all aspects of the PVHC’s daily operations, and to effectively merge the efforts of PVHC staff, physicians and integrated departments to create a successful work environment and business practice.

Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree.

 

Salary range: $142,000 - $178,000 annually.
