Job Description:

Job Summary: We are a worldwide provider of legal services and technology, serving law firms, corporations, financial institutions, and government agencies—helping them manage the complex process of class action settlements. We are currently looking for an innovative, strategic team member to support our growing Canadian business. The successful candidate will develop and maintain important relationships and sell our services to new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

Become an expert in the application and sale of our services in Canada and be able to clearly describe our services and value propositions.Become a trusted advisor for clients while working to identify new opportunities to upsell within their business, with a focus on French-speaking and Quebec-based clients.Partner with Sales Management to align the sales strategies in the market and meet annual revenue targets along with personal earning goals.Quote prices for our services and prepare sales contracts.Perform hunting activities to identify the needs of new potential clientsSchedule and attend sales calls, customer meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.Account management of existing and new clients.Diligently work to achieve high customer satisfaction ratings and all sales targets.Coordinate billing and project activities with all internal teams to support the optimal outcome of client engagements.Provide support as appropriate to other business lines and services in Canada and cooperate with other business units on events and relevant client pitches and presentations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Law degree.Work and sales experience in the legal industry in Quebec would be highly beneficial.Proven high-achiever with a track record of selling success where you’ve met or exceeded goals.Ability to produce a sales brag book of continual goal achievements for quotas and client satisfaction.Pick up quickly on new technology verticals and sales strategies.Excellent communicator – Presentation of complex technical details, articulate, and able to instill confidence in clients.French language as a native speaker is preferred
