Job Description:
This job is responsible for managing client engagement requirements for a department, region, or Line of Business. Key responsibilities include consulting with leadership to develop strategies, and executing financial control/budgeting and consolidation, personnel processes, audit/compliance, training, service quality, process improvement, and communication. Job expectations include understanding business sectors, coordinating projects, and serving as a subject matter expert on client or regulatory needs.
