Pay Rate: $40 Location: Montreal QC Job Type: Contract Our client, a top Financial Institution in Canada is looking to hire a Director, Client Relations to their team for an initial 12-month contract. This role is operating on a hybrid model 1x a week in office with the office being located in Montreal.
Responsibilities Include: Understand the business needs of customers and build strong relationships with them by providing effective and proactive service coupled with efficient reactive claims handling Participate in the set-up process by working closely with plan sponsors, advisors and the head office set-up team Provide services based on the service model of Retirement Savings Products and Services, Canada Participate in meetings of the pension committee and review of investment options. Provide assistance and information to the Financial Education team and the National Training Advisor team for continuing education needs Qualifications: Experience in the Canadian pension industry Bilingual (French and English) Knowledge of non-registered group retirement and savings plans Undergraduate degree (in administration, economics or finance, an asset) Understanding of laws and regulations governing pension plans and investments A CEBS or RPA title, an asset If you are interested in this position please send your resume in Word to ryan@ifgpr.com today.
