About the Role
As the Director, Client Relations & High Jewelry – Australia & New Zealand, you will be at the forefront of crafting unforgettable experiences for our high-value clients. You'll drive the market strategy of our high-value client portfolio, all in-store activations and global client events with a special focus on bespoke experiences, including High Jewelry events.
Responsibilities:
Develop full strategies to attract, convert, and retain High Value Clients within the market. Provide leadership and guidance to the Private Client, Client Relations and High Jewelry team to deliver on our strategic ambitions. Act as a key business partner to our retail teams, driving our high-jewelry assortment and sales across the market. Create personalized client experiences by establishing strategic partnerships both inside and outside LVMH. Utilize client data insights to inform local action plans and improve customer growth and retention.About You

Required Qualifications:
10+ years experience managing private clients for luxury brands. Proven event management expertise. Extensive people leadership experience with a knack for coaching teams towards success. In-depth understanding of luxury trends across ANZ. Strong commercial and financial acumen Creativity coupled with a high taste level along with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:
