The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commercial delivery expertise, client management acumen, and operational leadership. They must be adept at building regionalised operating models that incorporate tools, processes, and technologies from other General Assembly regions while adapting to the unique cultural, governmental, and regional considerations of Montenegro and surrounding countries.

Oversee career coaching and job placement services to achieve measurable graduate success. 5. Program Evaluation and Reporting: Define and track program success metrics, including graduate outcomes, employer partnerships, and job placement rates. Provide detailed, actionable reports to internal stakeholders and the Montenegro government to inform decision-making and ensure accountability. Key Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in launching and scaling large-scale programs, particularly in education, workforce development, or government partnerships. Expertise in client management and operational delivery, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively. Strong background in building regionalised frameworks that align with global standards while addressing local cultural, governmental, and business needs. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with government agencies and corporate partners. Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in complex, fast-paced environments. Familiarity with the Montenegro region or neighboring countries (e.g., Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Albania, Croatia) is highly preferred.
