**Description**
Manage top line demand plan by establishing building blocks from across multi-functional teams, reviewing plans for reasonability, influencing plans to negate forecast bias, and deciding when to bring risks and opps into the plan
Work with the stat COE to challenge the stat forecast when a bias develops and/or stat growth misaligned with brand growth
Lead post month review of building block performance and adjust future blocks as necessary and/or explaining impact on the Brands' ability to achieve their targets
Responsible for accurate reflection of NPLs in the DP factoring in phase out/in, pipeline plans, management of run rates based on NPL performance, and managing NPL adjustments
Lead the monthly Brand IBP process and own IBP meetings, including facilitating pre-meeting calls to align on key messages, required feedback/decisions, and plan reasonability
Support the flow of the IBP process, ensuring decisions/outputs earlier in the process serve as inputs to meetings later in the process
Track key metrics (attainment, WFA, FVA) to measure plan performance and influence to bring back on track when metrics show deviations
Work with stakeholders to deliver 95%+ fill rate levels
Understand Brand and Key Account priorities and communicate to LATAM team to support management of constrained supply allocation
Understand Gap Drivers (building blocks) and lead quality discussion on supply misalignments
Ensure availability and provide visibility of inventory to commercial and marketing teams to generate action plans for basic business & new product launches.
Partner with Sales and retailers to drive optimal inventory levels in trade. Provide clear signals back from trade highlighting insights from inventory levels, WOS requirements, new doors, Strategic partnership requirements back to the supply chain organization.
**Qualifications**
Experience and understanding of IBP (SIOP) and Demand planning is required
Ability to work with and influence multi-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Experience in navigating highly matrixed and complex organizations operating in multi-brand, multi-channel, and multi-category environments
Self-driven individual who possesses an action-oriented management style, operates with a strategic mindset, and is comfortable making decisions with limited information
Ability to tie discussions and decisions back to overall brand targets and goals and be the voice of reality and reasonability throughout the IBP process.
Leader as well as a team player with ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment
Able to distill information to all levels of the team with solid credibility and communication
Ability to critically think through and create strategies based on complex data analysis
