Job Type: Full-Time, Primarily No Travel (Only if Customer Escalations requires travel)

Position Summary:

The Director, Cloud ERP Managed Services will oversee the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion cloud managed services to clients, ensuring the management and execution of support engagements, including the optimization of performance, scalability, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a highly experienced leader who can manage large, complex teams (onshore and offshore), deliver high-quality services, and drive continuous improvement within the organization’s Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Oversight: Lead the Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) Managed Services delivery function, ensuring high-quality and timely execution of all service delivery activities. Manage and ensure the successful delivery of managed services across Oracle Fusion cloud applications, including modules like ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX. Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs). Team Leadership and Development: Build, lead, and mentor a cross-functional team (onshore and offshore) of Oracle Fusion professionals, including consultants, analysts. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and innovation within the managed services team. Oversee the professional development and performance management of team members, helping them grow in their careers. Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Serve as the escalation point for critical client issues, resolving challenges effectively and efficiently. Actively engage with clients to understand their business goals, offering strategic guidance on leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Project and Budget Management: Manage the scope, budget, and timeline of Oracle Fusion service delivery, ensuring that services are delivered within budget and on schedule. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to service delivery and project success. Provide regular reporting and updates on engagement health, milestones, and financial performance to senior management. Process Improvement & Optimization: Continuously review and improve service delivery methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction. Drive process standardization and best practices across Oracle Fusion managed services engagements. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with sales, presales, and other cross-functional teams to support the sales lifecycle and ensure successful onboarding of new clients. Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and Oracle support to ensure smooth delivery of Oracle Fusion solutions. Strategic Leadership: Contribute to the development of the long-term strategic vision for Oracle Fusion Managed Services and help align the delivery function with the company’s broader goals. Stay informed about the latest Oracle Fusion innovations and industry trends, driving the adoption of new features and capabilities to improve client service delivery. Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all Oracle Fusion services adhere to legal, compliance, and security standards. Implement and maintain a governance model to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance in service delivery.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.  Experience: 10+ years of experience in IT services, with at 5+ years in a leadership role focused on Oracle Fusion cloud implementations or managed services. Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Proven experience in managing multi-million-dollar managed services contracts and leading large teams. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong client relationship management and customer service orientation. Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. High level of organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Applications, Oracle Fusion). Experience in change management and organizational transformation. Strong knowledge of ITIL, ITSM, and other service management frameworks.
