Job Summary:
The Infrastructure Director, CS&I will lead project delivery and combine technology, client insights, to drive overall business value and adoption. This will include establishing long-term strategic goals, roadmap, resources, and workflows for high quality service offerings. The Director will develop strong relationships with multiple business units at all levels, while responsible for the delivery of various infrastructure consulting services to our clients and across the organization. The individual in this role must demonstrate the ability to lead infrastructure engagements leveraging cloud technologies.

Establishes and executes the company’s infrastructure services strategy to include security, virtualization, defining overall direction and offerings within the company and for clients Engages with client executive management, responsible for evangelizing our technology offering and best in class services Coordinates with other company practices to deliver holistic customer solutions Develops and executes the Go to Market (GTM) strategy while coordinating with marketing to create demand Duties associate with Profit and Loss (P & L) within the department Evaluates, examines, and builds a high performing team while supporting the team’s hiring, recruiting, and retention Provides project management oversight while managing the most strategic and challenging projects Understands modern infrastructure solutions while identifying new technology needed for the continued success of the practice Proactively manages team proactively to defined practice KPIs while responsible for team performance metrics, yield, and developing new skills Ability to work with any two of the following technologies: Security, Cloud Technologies, On-Premise Infrastructure, Server Compute, Client Compute, Advanced Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Office 365 Other duties as requiredSupervisory Responsibilities:

Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, within Business, or Information Technology, preferredExperience:
Ten (10) or more years of solid experience leading teams and coaching business meetings, required Five (5) or more years of experience with infrastructure implementation life cycles and the ability to demonstrate success leading multiple infrastructure project teams to completion, required Five (5) or more years of experience managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables, required Five (5) or more years of experience with infrastructure package solutions, required Five (5) or more years of experience with Microsoft, preferred Five (5) or more years of experience building of a practice or service to include marketing and developing a delivery strategy, preferredSoftware:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required Experience in two (2) or more technology infrastructure environments: Security, Microsoft, Cloud Technologies, On-Premise Infrastructure, Server Compute, Client Compute, Advanced Networking, Storage, Virtualization, Office 365; requiredOther Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
