Job Summary:
The Director of Coach Operations will lead and optimize the operations of the Exos coaching platform [Exos app], while also playing a supportive role in the delivery of signature Exos experiences that showcase our industry-leading expertise in workplace and human performance.Leveraging Exos’ elite performance heritage and our proprietary methodology, this role will drive the coaching platform’s capabilities that include virtual 1:1 coaching, personalized prescription and holistic content, as well as other platform features that include on-demand classes, live class schedule, individual and team challenges, virtual personal training, etc. The role will ensure our platform empowers executive leaders and employees to build the capacity to perform at their best and achieve their goals. This full-time position reports to the Vice President of Coach Operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This Director position in the Employer division of the Company, will focus on driving platform engagement while creating a wonderful member experience. We are seeking an individual with data analytical prowess to help monitor and continuously improve operational delivery. The position will work closely with our field operations, product development and performance teams in driving meaningful engagement in the program, identifying critical learnings and communicating program feedback to the Member Experience Leadership team.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for driving a strong member experience with established monitoring systems that ensure digital platform performance is maintained
Assist accounts with action plans to remedy any identified deficiency or challenges that may arise
Partner with Exos Marketing and Exos Regional Directors to develop marketing plans to exceed registration and engagement goals for each account
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the coaching platform and signatures experiences offered by Exos
Develop and lead site manager training to ensure coach expectations are met and overall effective deployment of the coaching platform
Communicate effectively and maintain feedback loops with internal stakeholders, coaches, and product team to support experience improvements for members and coaches
Collaborate with our product & engineering team to continually enhance our coaching tools (ie Coach Hub)
Closely partner with the Exos Education team for coach training and onboarding, coach continuous improvement, and overall experience
Support performance workshop event coordination
Assist with monitoring coach capacity of our centralized coach team
On site role with the ability to travel regularly and as needed
Other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS Kinesiology, Sports Science, Health Promotion or related degree (Master’s Degree preferred)
Nationally recognized certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS, NASM or ACSM
Minimum five (5) years experience delivering fitness or wellness experiences, virtually or in-person, to an employer population
Ability to work primarily from Phoenix or mutually agreed upon client site a minimum of 4 days per week.
