Apply now for the position of Director, Commercial Excellence Strategy and Projects to support the Commercial Strategy and drive business success.  The ST&P function is accountable for the commercial go to market development, commercial support for business development and partnering assessment, as well as alignment and support of multiple internal stakeholder group, including Zone Heads and Business Lines.  It also drives the cadence of all Commercial initiatives, Business Reviews and serves as the overall project management office for the Head of Global Commercial Operations.

The position requires strong experience and collaboration with global and zone stakeholders as well as strong leadership capabilities.  Also, the candidate shall have a proven track record of success with accomplishments creating, establishing, implementing, and sustaining ongoing organizational effectiveness and execution an enabler to transform business performance.  This position is based in a highly adaptive commercial organization and requires agility to navigate the tasks and responsibilities successfully.

This is a Director level individual contributor role. The role is located at the global Diagnostics Headquarters in Tarrytown, NY, but may be remote  two days per week. Regular on site presence is required for management alignment and project meetings.

Your role:

* Provide structure and drive Commercial Business Reviews, global reporting requirements, and monitor and report on progress towards DX C-LS objectives
* Project Management of internal operational initiatives and projects, including designing and directing programs tied to DX C-LS strategic objectives and KPIs
* Drive project management office and special programs for the Commercial organization as needed and ensure the timely and accurate execution of global commercial strategic initiatives across geographies of the Lab Solutions business
* Manage content creation and collection to support external and internal presentations, meetings through management of information flow and cadence within the team
* Drive dedicated markets and customer segment analysis and develop commercial best practice approaches based on internal and external data and benchmarking
* Support commercial go to market initiatives and business development projects in collaboration with Zone and Function stakeholders
* Build and maintain a network of strategic external industry partners and, if needed, management and oversight of external project partners
* Support the ST&P team’s role as primary liaison to internal stakeholders

Your expertise:

* 8+ years’ experience working in a Business Operations/Excellence, Project Management or Strategy role.
* Healthcare industry experience required, diagnostics industry strongly preferred.
* Minimum BS/BA degree in related discipline, preferably MS/MBA or PhD degree where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* You have a proven track record in analysis and improvement of business processes in complex matrix driven business environments
* Experience running large projects, and designing and directing programs along with strong and collaborative execution skills
* Ideally, you have gained experience in the consulting industry and can refer to international working experience
* Relocation may be offered for the right candidate.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $179,700 - Max $269,500

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
