Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking a Production Director that is experienced with Communications Compliance to join the Marketing, Regulatory and Operational Communications Team working remote anywhere in the US. As the Director, you will oversee ADA Compliance needs, integrally involved in Stars work to ensure appropriate solutions in place for over the phone language interpretation as well as American Sign Language Interpretation. Additionally, you will oversee the creation and production of Medicare and Medicaid operational and regulatory letters (approx. 3K).
Key Role Functions
Lead and develop a team of approx. 4 direct reports which will include engagement, well-being, and individual development plan creation, refining, and execution, with the goal of building and maintaining a high-performing team
Collaborate with internal clients on preformatted periodic publications such as quarterly reports Manage relations with printers, designers, and other vendors
Counsel others on production techniques and processes.
Make decisions related to the implementation of new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and supporting technical/operational procedures and processes, and implements strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance
Provide input into functions strategy

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of people management
5+ years of proven experience in a compliance, or regulatory role in health insurance
Medicaid and/or Medicare experience
Vendor management experience to include pricing negotiations, along with service level agreement (SLA) creation and deployment
Experience managing a multi-million-dollar budget
Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to simultaneously lead multiple projects at once, and ability to ensure deliverables are timely and accurate
Experience driving and implementation of business processes; project management
Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining positive cross-functional relationships and facilitating and consulting across teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including a strong ability to create positive and professional business relationships with compliance, legal and operational teams
Experience in presenting project updates and status to senior level leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree
Experience with ADA requirements a plus
Solid understanding of Humana's operations, technology, communications, processes and interconnectivity between them
Program Design experience
Six Sigma and/or PMP certification

This is a nationwide remote role that will operate on EST business hours
This position requires quarterly overnight travel depending on business needs
