What You’ll be Doing  Looking for an opportunity to develop a comprehensive rewards strategy and help to position the company as an employer of choice? For a role where you will bring your global compensation experience to drive value for the organization? In this integral role, you’ll take ownership and develop a comprehensive base pay strategy that aligns with our compensation philosophy, organizational goals and ensures market competitiveness.  You'll report to the Vice President of Total Rewards. As a leader on our Total Rewards team, you’ll bring significant value and contribution to our company by developing compensation programs that enable our company to effectively attract, retain, and motivate the very best talent.      Key Responsibilities  Design and the company’s base pay structure across diverse employee populations globally, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with business objectives and market trends.  Conduct regular benchmark reviews of base salaries against industry standards and competitors utilizing compensation surveys and data analytics.  Develop and maintain salary review processes, including annual base pay adjustment process.  Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state and federal and international regulations.  Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline compensation planning and analysis. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including People and Culture Business Partners, Finance, Legal, and Benefits, to drive and execute compensation strategies.  Develop and provide training to managers and People and Culture team on compensation policies and practices.   Develop and refine analytical tools to forecast compensation expenses, evaluate plan performance, and ensure financial and strategic alignment.  Stay at the forefront of global compensation trends, driving innovation and adoption of best practices within the organization.  Lead and develop a team of globally dispersed compensation analysts. fostering collaboration and continuous professional development.    What You Bring  8 years of progressive experience in global corporate compensation, with strong expertise in base pay programs.   4 years managing a team. Demonstrated success in designing and implementing global compensation programs, Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives in a global environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.  Demonstrated success leading large-scale compensation programs.  Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.  A bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.    What You Can Expect  An annual incentive program.  Medical, dental, and vision  Tax-advantaged healthcare accounts.  Financial and income protection benefits  Paid time off (PTO) and wellness time off  Tuition reimbursement and access to thousands of free online courses Visit our benefits website for more information.  The anticipated range is $177,000- $184,000 Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.  About TTEC   Our business is about making customers happy.
