Ankura's Construction Advisory team provides comprehensive capital project risk assessment and management services. We partner with leading organizations worldwide, leveraging our technical expertise across private and public sectors to align people, processes, and technology for optimal outcomes.
We evaluate ongoing and potential capital projects, conducting assurance reviews to ensure adherence to stakeholders' time, cost, and quality objectives. Our services include governance and contract structure consultation, milestone-based cost and schedule analysis, and detailed status reporting to all project stakeholders.

Role Overview
Successful candidates will engage internally and externally to build relationships and promote Ankura within the construction industry.
Responsibilities
Performing detailed analyses of project schedules, budgets & costs, productivity, contracts, change orders and other issues related to design and construction
Performing data gathering activities, including document review and supervision, and managing quality control of data entry activities
Analyzing, investigating and reconciling project cost records, financial statements and related documents
Developing schedules, resource & productivity forecasts, cost analyses, and appropriate tracking logs
Preparing client deliverables and drafting communications for senior-level review
Assisting with proposal development and/or engagement planning
Supervising & developing personnel, including analysts, associates, and senior associates
Participating in practice development efforts by engaging in local industry organizations and assisting with preparation of through leadership and related activities
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
5+ years of experience in construction industry with focus on project management
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient with Primavera P6
Report to office a minimum of three days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent
MBA
Proficient with Microsoft Visio
Experience with damages and investigative work focused on contractual disputes, claims, and litigation
