What Are We Looking For?

SentinelOne is seeking an experienced leader to drive content strategy, editorial and production in support of the company’s thought leadership and awareness goals. This newly-created position will be a member of SentinelOne’s communications leadership team and play a key role in raising SentinelOne’s profile with customers, security researchers, threat intelligence community, influencers, and the broader cybersecurity ecosystem.

Exceptionally strong writing, editing and organization skills are a must. Additionally, candidates must possess a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, and have direct experience creating, editing, and orchestrating cyber-related content for a pureplay cybersecurity company or B2B tech companies with strong cyber portfolios.

What Will You Do?

Develop and lead a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company’s thought leadership and awareness goals Orchestrate creation, production, and publication of content directly created by the Content team, as well as content created by other key internal and external thought leaders including security researchers, threat intelligence analysts, product marketing, technical marketing, PR Create and implement content messaging and style guides in partnership with communications and brand leadership to ensure quality and brand standards are met Manage the company’s blog and overall blog strategy Develop and manage new multimedia content channels and initiatives, including video, podcasts, and more Define, track and report on content performance metrics to inform future strategy, content types, and themes Lead, manage, and mentor a team of content editors, creators, and external contractors Work with web and SEO teams to optimize content for search visibility and inbound user journeys Stay ahead of cybersecurity trends, news, and events to inform strategy and rapid response tactics

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Cybersecurity, or a related field Deep understanding of the cybersecurity market 12-15 years of experience in content creation or editorial roles, with 8+ years in content marketing, corporate journalism, or public relations positions Experience managing cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with other content creators and subject matter experts Exceptionally strong writing and editorial skills Strong track record and portfolio of cybersecurity-specific content creation Experience managing blogs (WordPress) and other content channels Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable operating in dynamic, high-growth, face-paced environments

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range$161,300—$242,000 USD
