core responsibilities
Reporting to the VP, FP&A, the Director Corporate FP&A is responsible for providing insights to our leaders across all areas of the enterprise P&L. This requires rolling up enterprise inputs, clearly understanding dynamics and connectivity across the P&L areas to ensure forecast accuracy. This requires deep financial acumen and become more complex as the enterprise continues to grow and scale.
qualifications
10+ years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or financial reporting within fast-paced business environmentsProven experience leading a team responsible for enterprise financial planning, including annual operating plans (AOP) and in-year forecastingDemonstrated ability to synthesize business results and forecasts into executive and board-level reportingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional business acumenDeep understanding of full enterprise P&L, including product margin, operating channels, and regional complexitiesEffective in navigating complex and evolving business environmentsProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under time constraintsExperienced strategic partner to senior leadership, including the CFO and cross-functional workstreamsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferredmust havesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovate to achieve great results.
