Join Pizza Hut as the Director of CRM & Loyalty and be the secret ingredient in our recipe for customer loyalty and digital innovation! This role is critical to driving customer growth with our existing customer base, delivering breakthrough ideas, data-driven insights, and an overall strategy to drive frequency and retention with Pizza Hut customers. This role will navigate a matrixed organization, influencing and partnering with peers across the organization, including Yum. They will work closely with franchisees and other leaders to deliver innovation that will leverage our large customer base to fuel growth in the system.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy: Develop a comprehensive CRM strategy focused on customer lifecycle management – loyalty, acquisition, frequency driving, and retention. Lead the Martech Operations team in executing this strategy. Customer Ownership: Act as the voice of the customer within marketing and cross-functional collaboration sessions. Work closely with Data & Analytics to define segments and monitor progress. Innovation: Identify ways to automate winning initiatives and journeys, set a roadmap for AI-driven personalization, and enhance the Hut Rewards loyalty program. Digital Activation: Drive the execution of digital activation moments throughout the year, including sports sponsorships and bespoke events. Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital & Technology organization and Martech Operations team to ensure optimal customer experience. Set the standard for global excellence and coach international markets.
Required Qualifications:
This position is based out of Plano RSC. 3 days in-office is required. 10+ years of loyalty and CRM experience driving execution and strategy. An entrepreneurial spirit, excited and energized about transformational growth and breakthrough ideas. Ability to identify business value and create compelling business cases for new initiatives. Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. Ability to work collaboratively and independently to build and set strategy. Experience with large, matrixed teams and demonstrated project management excellence. Strong analytical skills to understand the customer and identify growth opportunities.
Salary Range: $160,000 to $185,000 annually + bonus eligibility and stock-based compensation. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
