This is a business-critical appointment, designed to play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s ongoing development and accelerating its international success.

Main Responsibilities: Be the leader and strategist for the internal crypto e-wallet product developing it into a fully independent product line, aligning with overall business objectives. Oversee front-to-back development and ensuring its operational readiness. Own and implement compliance, security measures, and AML/KYC policies; and manage licensing and regulatory requirements globally. Establish detailed operational frameworks – policies and procedures. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, specifically technology and product to optimize performance. Grow and develop a team, with the requisite specialisation to successfully evolve grow the product. Desired Experience: 5+ years leadership experience within crypto-focussed businesses, ideally exchanges and/or wallet solutions.  Expertise gained within the iGaming sector is preferred but not required.  Comprehensive understanding of crypto operations, including compliance and security practices. Expertise in developing and managing AML/KYC frameworks and licensing processes. Demonstrated success in defining and leading strategic goals for crypto products. Resourceful, entrepreneurial, and adaptable to high-paced environments. This position will be based in Toronto, Canada and require the job holder to be present in the offices on a regular, weekly basis.
