What you will be doing

You will be joining the Technology Currency Modernization Team (TCM) in the Technology Operation Services group within Technology Operations. Our purpose is to mitigate technology risk by engaging with technology partners to remediate aging infrastructure (hardware & software).  In line with being current with the direction of technology, the TCM Team also helps fund and promote the modernization of applications to the cloud. In this role, you will lead a team ranging from 10-12 resources focused on annual currency planning and governance activities for applications and infrastructure services, financial reviews, supporting ITAM deliverables, currency KRI metrics reporting and data governance activities.

How you will succeed

Strong Leadership - Provide strategic insight, leading the team to help drive remediation of legacy infrastructure and generate executive level reporting. Be a bold and authentic leader fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Providing Oversight – oversee the execution of currency planning and governance processes to ensure they are operating effectively as well as identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities to simplify.

Relationship Management - Ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with internal technology teams, compliance groups, and vendors.

Who you are

Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, application/infrastructure support, or business analysis and have a solid understanding of infrastructure technologies including databases, servers, networks, etc.  Knowledge of Cloud technologies is an asset.

You have a minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience; mentoring, coaching, and leading your team(s) to success. 

You're analytical thinker and have the ability to make informed and data-driven decisions. You enjoy investigating complex problems and making sense of information.

Your influence makes an impact. You know that relationships and networks are essential to success.  You inspire outcomes by making yourself heard.

You have the ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, or activities. Effective judgment in prioritizing and time allocation.
