Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Director, Customer Marketing in our Strategic Customer Group (SCG). As part of the SCG Customer Marketing team, this individual will report directly into the Sr. Director of Customer Marketing and Healthcare Quality Solutions.

The Director, Customer Marketing will:
+ Be the SCG Customer Marketing lead for Oncology for Multiple Myeloma and Prostate, accelerating product adoption by partnering to identify and deliver innovative solutions and resources, such as:
+ Operational process assessments and mapping
+ SCG ecosystem activation and prioritization, and corresponding resources
+ Develop and deploy solutions to impact patient outcomes in at-risk populations including:
+ Solutions tied to Population Health Data Tools (e.g HEATMap, CAREMap)
+ Prostate home testing
+ Lead/ collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
+ Create and pull through innovative solutions and resources by engaging internal stakeholders, including legal/HCC, to support customer engagements by the Field teams.
+ Develop and align on impact metrics ensuring that critical stakeholders are enrolled throughout the process including identifying when and how to scale tools and capabilities
+ Implement solutions with Account Management leadership, creating implementation guides and training for associated field teams. Creating discussion guides, SOPs, implementation guides and customer tools for use by this team.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
+ A minimum of 7 years business experience, with 3 years of marketing or consulting experience required. Pharmaceuticals and Health systems experience strongly preferred.
+ Experience in oncology is preferred.
The successful candidate will:
+ Have a demonstrated track record of strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment with the ability to create alignment across organizational boundaries.
+ Be innovative, proactive and strong analytically with excellent overall business acumen.
+ Be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities and demonstrate excellent communication skills
+ Demonstrate knowledge and success in navigating through changes in the healthcare marketplace, bringing an understanding of the industry’s customers, their challenges, and possible future healthcare scenarios.
+ Be a strong communicator that can lead delivery and creation of impactful and tailored communications to educate and mobilize critical stakeholders is required
This position requires up to 25% business travel and is based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.
The base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
