Job Title: Director, Cyber and Technology Risk ReportingWhat is the opportunity?

The Director, Cyber and Technology Risk Management Compliance and Operations plays a key role in ensuring Cyber and Technology Risk support services are proactively developed, operated, and evolved to help risk manage this Top Risk risk domain.   The position provides broad exposure to operational risk programs, cyber and technology controls and related risk management while working within a strong global team. 

What will you do?

Risk Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect, analyze, and visualize cyber and technology risk data.Prepare dashboards, metrics, and reports for senior management, risk committees, and regulators.Ensure reports align with enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks and industry standards.Manage the process across the organization to identify critical applications.

Governance & Compliance

Track key risk indicators (KRIs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and risk appetite metrics.Support regulatory compliance reporting (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, FFIEC, SOC 2).

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and audit teams to gather risk insights.Provide risk intelligence to business units and advise on risk mitigation strategies.Act as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership.

Incident & Threat Reporting

Track and report cybersecurity incidents, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.Support post-incident reviews by providing data-driven insights.Contribute to risk assessments and scenario analysis exercises.

Process Improvement & Automation

Enhance risk reporting processes through automation and data analytics tools.Develop and refine risk dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

University degree, or equivalent7 years in the Cyber Security with strong Information technology background. 5 years’ experience in development of Risk Analytics and Reporting5 years’ experience in in risk identification, aggregation, analysis, and ranking5 years in a delivery organizationStrong metrics and performance management background including data management and analysis.Nice-to-have:Experience in the financial services industries.Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks and compliance standards.Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, IT controls, and risk assessment methodologies.Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
