Job Title: Director, Decision Intelligence

Work location: Irving, TX (Hybrid role)

Current Need: We are hiring a dynamic Data engineering leader to join as a Director, Decision Intelligence to drive the large scale healthcare data products and programs, and deliver business outcomes in a compliant manner. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Accountable for leading teams to deliver on PSaS’s innovative DI solutions by translating data into insights and intelligence that drive critical business decisions related to PSASDevelop and integrate systems that support patient orchestration, ensuring a seamless, personalized customer journeyCreate analytics solutions for managing the unique supply chain challenges associated with PSAS distribution, including logistics, storage, and distributionLead the teams that identify and drive execution of all the key activities/product roadmap needed to implement the use cases (from requirements to solution adoption) by working with cross functional teams and create transparency on scope, timelines, key milestonesResponsible for collaborating with business stakeholders, enterprise technology teams and vendors to deliver the solutionLead estimation of the cost to deliver the solution and the quantifiable benefits it is creating for the businessFocus on customer centricity to guide matrixed teams through the design and development of data products by iterative Agile approachCollaborate with Project Manager or Scrum Master to make sure that right resources are engaged to provide the solution and roadblocks that impede the progress are addressedProactively identify and manage risk to timelines and overall deliverablesDesign data architectures that facilitate compliance with specific regulations and standards, ensuring data is managed and reported in line with legal requirementsLeads and manages the business identification, selection and business case preparation for new tools or resources required to continue to advance the delivery of advanced analytics, visualization, reporting, scorecard, and data usageBuild and cultivate a talented analytics delivery team that attracts, develop and retain talentsFoster a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture

Critical Requirements:

We seek an accomplished leader, with demonstrated success in leading large teams and transforming companies to be data-driven, leveraging advances in technology & analytics. 

12+ years of healthcare data and analytics experience, with 4+ years of experience in people managementExperience in aspects like patient orchestration, supply chain for personalized therapies, regulatory compliance, and data-driven patient care will be important for this roleBachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, applied mathematics, machine learning, or a related data centric-technical field. Master’s degree preferredPrevious experience in managing complex projects and portfolios to deliver business outcomes in large-scale organizations through significant change management/transformationsExperience in developing cloud computing data platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS etc)Strong leadership skills: excellent team management, coaching and mentoring skills; superior planning, process and influencing skillsDeep knowledge of advanced analytics and big data technologies and methodologies, as well as proven experience translating big data into actionable outcomes in healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech industriesProven track record of solving complex problems, thinking creatively, and using data to tell a story to influence senior level stakeholdersOutstanding verbal and written communication with all levels of management, ability to translate technical term into Business insightAbility to work in a matrix environment and build partnership with both internal and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements: Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience and 5+ years of experience in healthcare, experience leading large data product projects and diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills

Education:4-year degree in Business Administration, Information/Data Science, Informatics, computer science, economics or related field or  or equivalent experience

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. Our Base Pay Range for this position

$137,000 - $228,400
