**Locations:** Bellevue, WA; Kansas City, KS; Atlanta, GA
**Responsibilities:**
+ Oversee technical deliverables and communicates with leadership to evaluate performance, and assess needs, optimization and risk.
+ Lead multiple projects and oversee various onshore and offshore development teams to ensure that specifications are met.
+ Identify new technology solutions and work closely with internal business partners to forecast future needs and develop effective strategies to meet business objectives.
+ Ensure all new projects are utilizing CONCENTRIX's standard methodology like Digital Cockpit.
+ Engage the service line as needed before starting a new project.
+ Define, organize, and lead a team of client and external resources to implement complex new arrangements with combinations of development, testing, analysis and operational elements such that the client and Concentrix meet all program goals.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to monitor performance and customer service efficiencies, including performance guarantees, customers and Concentrix’s program and financial goals.
+ Responsible for understanding and managing the key P&L metrics: GM, MMs, Revenue/MM, Travel, etc.
+ Responsible for understanding key issues related to a Deal’s P&L (i.e. revenue recognition).
+ Actively drive the development and/or execution of at least one key service offering within the domain.
+ Use deep technical knowledge to identify, manage and troubleshoot potential issues and roadblock to include speaking to the technical aspects of the engagement and the ability to have architecture level discussions with COEs and Client teams.
+ Manage communication plans, presentations and reporting for clients, internal teams and leadership on status of projects, initiatives, and activity.
+ Develop, recommend, and/or implement strategic initiatives associated with improving practices; establish schedules, and collaborate with various stakeholders on content and processes.
+ Translate broader business initiatives into clear team objectives and concrete goals, align appropriately with other groups for efficient, coordinated action.
+ Set performance direction and monitor progress and deliverables. Provide structure, feedback and direction to team.
+ Create clear and measurable goals, while holding self and contingent teams accountable.
+ Recognize new opportunities and be able to make proposal to CONCENTRIX account management teams/leadership with recommendations for closure.
+ Work with client and internal RMG, Recruitment and account management teams to recruit top talent.
+ Operational Compliance of Self and Team, Self Inputs/Learnings, Expense Reports, Time Reporting; ensuring Personal Development Plans for all direct reports.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 15 years’ combined technical and project management experience
+ Supply chain experience required and a strong Agile background
+ Strong experience understanding and managing key P&Ls and revenue recognition.
+ Proven ability to lead technical teams, both onshore and offshore to include operational Compliance of Self and Team, Self Inputs/Learnings, Expense Reports, Time Reporting; ensuring Personal Development Plans for all direct reports.
+ Hands on knowledge of current technology standards and trends.
+ Experience managing large teams and the ability to review code with team and know enough to help trouble shoot and redirect
+ Agile background & understanding of story points and how cost models work and how to execute against them
+ Experience managing Business Requirements, Project Plans, Project Schedules and associated project materials
+ Experience identifying, defining, and implementing technical design/coding standards.
+ Ability to recognize new opportunities and be able to make proposal to CONCENTRIX account management teams/leadership with recommendations for closure.
+ Operational Compliance of Self and Team, Self Inputs/Learnings, Expense Reports, Time Reporting; ensuring Personal Development Plans for all direct reports.
+ Proven experience working with recruitment and account management to recruit top talent.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
+ Preferred experience would be managing 150+ resources (onshore & offshore) in a supply chain (i.e. retail, e-commerce, etc.) software development project.
+ Ability to be onsite at client locations, at a minimum of 3x/week.
**The base salary range for this position is $170,851- $256,277, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
