Our Marketing team is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to drive our growth initiatives. This role will oversee advertising, social media and public relations efforts that amplify the Four Hands brand through reputable, brand-aligned voices.  Key performance indicators (KPIs) include increasing brand impressions, share of voice, industry recognition, and generating qualified customer leads and revenue across all segments.

In This Role\nDevelop strategic brand awareness initiatives within social media, public relations and advertising channels by partnering with Vice President of Marketing and other key stakeholders \nCreate and implement demand-driving strategies to accelerate growth in customer applications and revenue across all customer segments\nPartner interdepartmentally with Customer Experience team to develop integrated marketing plans and go-to-market strategies that deliver on business goals and KPIs\nCollaborate cross departmentally with Sales, Product Development, Creative Services, Merchandising, Art Studio, Operations and People and Culture to identify and drive growth opportunities that achieve business goals\nWork closely with external PR and media agencies to facilitate business goals and objectives; optimizing, pivoting, and providing guidance on marketing initiatives and brand messaging when necessary\nMaintain program dashboards by closely monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs; making recommendations and developing new programs or initiatives as needed\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, design influencers, media professionals, and other industry influences to enhance brand presence and elevate overall engagement \nManage and mentor a high-performing team; overseeing projects, programs and channels to ensure overall alignment with company goals and expectations\nConduct regular one-on-one development check-ins to set and track employee goals and facilitate individual growth\nOwn and manage P&L and budget allocations to ensure financial accountability and strategic investments \nStay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape to foster innovation and ensure Four Hands remains at the forefront of the market \nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nPerform other duties as assigned by management \n

The Ideal Person\nMinimum 15 year’s experience in marketing, focusing on traditional and digital advertising, growth marketing, social media and public relations\nBachelor’s and/or Masters degree in marketing or equivalent experience in a relevant field \nProven success leading growth-oriented marketing programs with exceptional relationships and glowing references\nExceptional presentation and communication skills, with expertise in developing marketing strategies and performance measurement. \nStrong leadership and team mentorship abilities\nProficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office suite \nExpert understanding of advertising, social media and PR principles along with marketing analytics and ability to track program performance \nExceptional communication and collaboration skills within the marketing and cross-departmental teams \nStrong organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility and dependability \nExcellent at managing schedules and deadlines ensuring work product meets or exceeds brand standards \nExceptional at identifying issues and developing effective solutions before they escalate\n
