This role will provide strategic leadership to product development teams and establish and implement best practices and standards related to engineering processes through all software development life cycle phases. This role will work with executive and senior management and interdisciplinary teams to develop vision and strategy in order to drive planning, processes, technology, and people management activities while overseeing the analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification of applications software. This role is a change agent for Greenway Health and the Development team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Provides guidance and review on product design.  Ensures that functional engineering domain expertise is deployed and integrated efficiently and effectively to meet project requirements and deliverables across all locations. Provides leadership, vision, and strategy to ensure that the development teams' daily operations align with the business's present and long-term goals. Develops/enhances architectural design frameworks to ensure high-quality information systems are delivered expeditiously and aligned with business objectives. Manages technically focused scrum teams potentially across multiple locations. Management of product releases and driving changes related to business goals and KPIs.
