YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Insight into Consumer/Patient Needs and Culture Trends: Based on traditional research methods, creatively design and implement consumer/patient behavior and demand research projects in the digital ecosystem, continuously obtain key insights into consumer/patient real needs, pain points, engagement behaviors, content and experience needs, and consumer culture variationsDesign and Implementation of Digital Ecosystem: Based on consumer/patient insights and brand omnichannel strategies, define, design, build, and implement a digital ecosystem that can drive business growth, and ensure the successful implementation and sustained empowerment of the digital ecosystem through innovative projects designed with refined operationsOmnichannel digital empowerment system design: fully considering the characteristics of different channels (hospital, retail, primary, ecommerce, internet hospital etc.) and the different needs of channel partners, combined with the brand's annual business plan to find digital empowerment leverage points and design a digital product and service operation system to achieve the linkage and collaboration of the ecosystem, and continuously create value for consumers, patients, and customersEstablishment of innovative eco-partnership system: in addition to traditional partners (associations/foundations, advertising/creative vendors, Internet Tech Partners), continue to expand and build the following key cross-border partners: consumer experience design, digital content and interactive innovation, entertainment and mass communication, charities, healthcare digital & technology partners and service innovation players, innovative payment partners, consumer/patient data science and digital marketingCross-border teams and innovation management: able to effectively build and manage cross-border professionals, while designing and implementing innovation management processes and systems, continuously promoting innovation in the ecosystem in a systematic mannerCross-border resource integration capability: Bayer's leading position in the industry and innovative project design can be leveraged to fully mobilize cross border resources to improve communication, brand building, academic leadership, channel leadership, including: public publicity and communication resources, star ambassadors, professional talent resources, free Internet traffic, international organizationsOperational and financial data analysis and continuous operation optimization: Based on ecosystem design, build an operational data system and continuously analyze data to optimize operations; Ability to collaborate with finance to establish a business empowerment analysis system, in order to continuously improve the driving effect of ecological project resource investment on businessChange management, compliance management, and digital culture shaping: able to continuously shape a digital innovation culture, promote understanding and support from relevant stakeholders, continuously manage change direction, pace, milestones, and address obstacles in change, continuously cultivate and expand the internal support base for digital innovation, and ensure project compliance and implementation through the establishment of risk management mechanisms
WHO YOU ARE
Master's/MBA degree or aboveMore than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry and have a profound understanding of the operation model, customer segmentation, market dynamics, and development trends of the healthcare industry including the experience in the management of the omni channel market (in-hospital & ex-hospital), the experience in the management of digital and ecosystem partnership innovation projectsHave a deep understanding of the needs and operation mode of Internet digital partners, and the experience in brand management of the Central Marketing Department is preferredHave creative thinking and skills, able to promote win-win cooperation and development both internally and externally, as well as across departments.Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral English
