As the Director of Web and Digital Strategy at Netskope, you will build and manage all website and digital marketing interactions with prospects to help drive awareness, lead generation and pipeline to fuel the Netskope growth. This includes leading our Web presence via Netskope.com. This is a leadership position that will manage a team of internal marketing rockstars and external agencies.

Responsibilities Lead the development of a comprehensive web strategy to improve the user experience, provide brand consistency and SEO optimization across all sections of the website Partner with regional sales and marketing teams to build and maintain international Web presence for major markets Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels including search, email, online advertising and retargeting. Design and implement a digital marketing strategy aimed at achieving awareness, lead gen and pipeline goals across our entire product portfolio. Drive innovation and creative execution across digital channels. Partner with Campaigns, Product Marketing and Corporate Comms teams to ensure our digital marketing strategy is aligned to our content and brand strategy Lead a team of web and digital marketing managers. Promote the team members to continuously upgrade their skills, knowledge and productivity to grow professionally Qualifications 10+ years of experience in digital marketing and website strategy 5+ years of team management/leadership experience Strong understanding of B2B sales process and opportunities for digital interactions with B2B prospects Proven ability to build and operate large websites Experience managing paid digital marketing channels Education Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred.
