The Digital Marketing Director is responsible for leading all digital marketing initiatives from campaign creation to execution, measurement and optimization and ensuring all digital efforts are integrated with all marketing functions to support lead generation yielding pipeline growth.

 

This role is 100% remote, with minimal (15-20%) travel required.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $112,101 to $145,613.

 

Responsibilities Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, digital advertisingEstablish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content and generate leadsMaintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channelsIdentify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experienceCreate and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content, in partnership with Marketing Content leaderResearch, track, and analyze behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaignsPrepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIsCollaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniquesDevelop and monitor campaign budgets Qualifications

Job Requirements                                                               

8+ years marketing experience in digital marketing, campaign development and executionExperience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword researchExperience with Marketing Automation platforms (ie., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot)Experience with CMS (ie., WordPress)Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Preferred qualifications

Proficiency in photo and video editing softwareStrong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovationExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departmentsAbility to analyze consumer metrics, reports, and trendsStrong project management and managerial skills
