Job Summary:

The Director, Digital Marketing has a business-critical role within the Revenue Marketing organization and will significantly impact revenue growth. This person will own digital strategy for marketing efforts globally with the goal of driving awareness, revenue growth, and customer retention. They will lead a team of digital marketers responsible for executing digital plans in market and achieving key performance indicators.

This high-impact role requires a results-driven, people leader who knows how to use digital marketing as a revenue driver and deeply understands the customer. They should have proven experience running global digital programs that align with the customer decision journey and using paid and organic marketing channels to drive growth and retention. 

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy in alignment with company growth goals.

Oversee global digital marketing initiatives across multiple markets and channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, online advertising, and conversion rate optimization.

Report out on ROAS and ROI tied to digital marketing motions and make recommendations for improvement.

Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering an environment of authenticity and resourcefulness.

Lead global SEO efforts; improve web sessions and rankings across multiple web properties 

Enhance the user experience of the company’s website and ensure it is optimized for engagement and conversions.

Manage digital marketing budgets effectively to maximize impact while minimizing costs.

Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors to amplify our marketing efforts.

Lead agency RFP process and hold agency accountable for driving expected outcomes.
 

Job Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of proven experience in B2B digital marketing with a successful track record in a leadership role.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Meta, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, AHREFs, CRM systems, and marketing automation.

Must be a people leader and a digital marketing practitioner. 

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to distill complex digital concepts into executive-level takeaways

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data to inform decision-making and strategy.

Excellent project management abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the payments industry is highly preferred.
