The role

The Director of Global Education Services is a key member of the Global Learning leadership team, reporting to the Vice President, Global Learning. This role is responsible for growing the Education Services business to meet set business metrics by leading and developing a team of Education Consultants. The main responsibilities include creating and maintaining Customer and Partner Adoption programs through education, managing business through forecasting and account strategy, and developing solution proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, business development, and the technology sector. Additionally, this role involves working closely with Content Development, Delivery, and Operations teams to create and manage Education Services offerings. The Director will also lead and manage a global team of education consultants, ensuring high performance and achievement of goals.

What you’ll bring

Minimum 10 years of experience in IT sales, education services, professional services, or pre-sales. Proven leadership and team performance achievements with a multicultural team, aligning with AOP and company goals. At least 2 years of management experience with a multicultural team. Strong networking skills and ability to establish credibility with partners, customers, and colleagues. Demonstrated achievement in sales as a leader and personal contributor in hardware sales and education services. Experience with technology adoption tools such as PowerBI F360, SFDC, CPQ, and FF. Proven track record of negotiations with C-level customers, partners, and third-party vendors. Understanding of digital marketing and sales strategies. Knowledge of Hitachi Vantara products and solutions and third-party technologies. About us   We’re a global team of innovators.
