The Director, Emergency Services, Cary is responsible for the administrative management including the clinical, operating and financial outcomes for Emergency Services for the Cary Hospital which includes the Emergency Department, Clinical Evaluation Area, and Chest Pain Center. Works in collaboration with customers, administration, medical staff, peers, and subordinates to achieve departmental goals and objectives. In coordination with senior and division leadership, shares responsibility for strategic planning, program development, standards compliance and integration of system wide service delivery. Identifies opportunities to improve patient safety and participates in projects and programs designed to reduce error and improve safety. National Certification in Nursing Required.
