Position Overview

Rubrik is seeking a Director, Employment Branding to join our world-class People organization as we continue scaling at a rapid pace. As a key member of the People leadership team, the Director of Employment Branding will play a key role in building our employee value proposition and talent marketing strategy from the ground up and will be critical to our future success. This role will be based in the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

Create and build Rubrik’s Talent Brand strategy across all public channels, driving awareness of Rubrik as an employer of choice Execute all aspects of talent marketing; from employer branding and positioning to social media and engagement campaigns and external communications. Partner cross-functionally across Talent leadership, marketing, communications and business stakeholders to build and maintain EVP branding Ensure social recruiting strategy aligns with EVP Develop custom strategies and attraction campaigns to build and attract a diverse talent pipeline Lead strategy and execution of all employment brand projects at Rubrik Oversee planning and budgeting activities related to Rubrik’s global employment brand Drive new opportunities to inspire and empower Rubrik’s employee community to amplify the “Why Rubrik?” message Execute Rubrik’s brand through various campaigns, projects and events.  Align with marketing brand guidelines and recommendations to drive a consistent global approach. Lead and drive a strategy for internal employee and career sites while continually identifying opportunities to expand and enhance these sites.  Partner with stakeholders to ensure continued maintenance of assets, resources, documents, content etc. Monitor employer review sites (Blind, Glassdoor, Indeed) including ways to increase reviews, prioritize actions and respond as appropriate. Partner closely with marketing and corporate communications to manage and drive content for employee social media pages, drive projects, campaigns, and initiatives Track analytics behind social media campaigns and explore actions to expand and evolve

Qualifications

10+ years of Talent / Employer Brand experience Flexible, fast paced, willing to work with ambiguity Transparent and clear, succinct communication style Experience with end-to-end ownership and optimization of high-volume candidate or customer channels and social media / campaign strategy, from creating awareness to driving action.
