**Job Description**

We are looking for a **Director** to spearhead our **Manufacturing Technology** initiatives and play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey.
**Core** **responsibilities**
+ **Lead and mentor** a team of Software Engineers within the Manufacturing domain
+ **Define and drive** best engineering practices and aDevSecOpsculture
+ **Ensure technical excellence** and align engineering efforts with business objectives
+ **Working with product teams** to ensure technical excellence
+ **Foster cross-team collaboration** to enhance alignment and performance across product teams
+ **Collaborate with agile coaches** and champion continuous improvement
+ **Recruit and onboard** diverse talent while playing a key role inestablishingour new office in Copenhagen
+ **Collaborate with leadership** to drive tactical initiatives and enhance operational efficiency within the team

+ Proven **experience leading software engineering teams** and driving technical initiativesin a product setup
+ Strong background in **software development** with agoodunderstanding of modern technologies
+ Track recordin **leading complex software development** and deployment programs across organizational boundaries
+ Ability to **influence and engage stakeholders** proactively
+ Passion for developing engineers and fostering a culture of **growth and learning**
**Bonus** **Qualifications**
+ Understanding of **Manufacturing Technology** and its unique challenges
