What you'll be doingRecruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing Enterprise sales team, ensuring they consistently meet and exceed quota.Successfully implement new business opportunities and upsell/cross-sell strategies to drive sales growth.Guide the team through complex sales cycles, large multi-product deals, and layered decision-making processes.Regularly analyze sales activities to identify and leverage buying trends and patterns in the Enterprise market.Conduct quarterly territory plan reviews and offer strategic mentorship to enhance market share.Lead weekly forecast meetings, mentor direct reports, and accurately report progress and challenges to senior leadership.Review top account plans quarterly and offer strategic recommendations for revenue growth.Drive overall sales process and accountability to KPIs and sales stages.Maintain detailed knowledge of Zendesk solutions, stay current with competitive landscape, and proactively learn industry trends.Deliver QBR presentations to executives and redefine strategy based on needs and future goals.Engage with C-level executives, including onsite visits.What you bring to the roleStrong, consistent track record of achieving targets and quota achievement in 2 of the last 3 years; President’s Club membership is a plus.Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes with proof of concept stages.Familiarity with value selling and experience running deal reviews through MEDDPICC.Ability to forecast accurately and drive pipeline development and management.Skilled at negotiating high-value ARR opportunities.Excellent presentation and listening skills.Motivated, independent with a drive for achieving goals.Ability to establish relationships with C-suite internally and externally.Accomplished in attracting, hiring, and training new Account Executives.An entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration skills, and a drive for continuous professional growth.Familiarity with key Sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari.Customer-facing travel required.Basic Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.15+ years of software sales experience, including 5+ years of Enterprise sales management experience, preferably in the SaaS industry.Demonstrated capability to lead and encourage a sales team to achieve outstanding outcomes.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the SaaS industry is highly preferred.President’s Club membership or similar recognition.Advanced knowledge of sales methodologies and tools like MEDDPICC, Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari.
