The successful candidate will lead the Enterprise Integration Office (EIO) team to support the Center Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering Contract (CMOE) located at NASA’s Langley Research Center (LaRC). This position reports directly to the Office of the General Manager (OGM). The position offers a great opportunity to engage with a breadth of functional and critical skills contract wide and work to help drive the exciting NASA missions at the historic LaRC.

Key Responsibilities\:
Lead the Safety and Environmental Teams\: Safety and environmental professionals engage center wide with the workforce to inspect/train/monitor tasks to ensure the safety and health of our collective team (including subcontractors). They work alongside our client and support our status as an OSHA Voluntary Protection Program STAR site Manage the Integrated Services Center\: Lead for personnel working on integrated scheduling, monitoring the Call Center and Facility Service Representatives who initialize and close all work orders on the contract. Also provides Facility Coordinators and Facility Safety Heads at customer facilities - mostly institutional and office facilities. Oversight of the Quality System\: Work to ensure our Quality procedures and controls are managed and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001 certification Oversight of Logistics\: Receiving of all maintenance and repair parts used on contract, track and help manage government and Amentum property, CMOE warehouse and fleet management Provide Electronic Contract Management System (ECMS)/Database and Software Solutions\: Working closely with the Business Office, oversee maintenance of ECMS for entry, approval, documentation, tracking, and reporting of all work orders on the contract including funding information, respond to IT inquiries regarding provisioning of computer hardware to CMOE employees, and support for numerous locally developed software tools. Coordinate Contract Level Reporting\: Oversee and coordinate contract level financial Annual Service Plan (ASP) and monthly status reporting in addition to strategic communications Enhance the synergy and efficiencies of the interdependent contract support functions of this department.Skills and Knowledge\:
