Director, Enterprise Sales

Celigo is seeking a Director, Enterprise Sales for our growing Enterprise and Strategic Accounts Acquisition team. This position will report to the VP of New Logo Sales. 

 What would you do, if hired?

• Coach, mentor, and manage a sales team of 7-10 AE’s towards maximizing subscription-based ARR within a defined region

• Work with other sales leaders to define and execute the optimal sales process for our target market

• Ensure accurate and timely team forecasting 

• Build pipeline through outbound prospecting and collaboration with the Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances teams

• Contribute at a strategic level by targeting new market segments, verticals, and use cases

 Who are we looking for?

• Sales leader with 5+ years of successfully managing a field sales team in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment

• Relevant Sales Experience:

• Proven success managing sales of cross-departmental iPaaS solutions to net new customers

• Experience engaging with a partner ecosystem to maximize customer value

• Selling to mid-market and enterprise  eCommerce and/or high-growth SaaS companies is a plus

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $100,000 - $150,000 per year for this position.  Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
