CGI’s Marketing & Communications team is seeking an inspiring, inclusive and well-rounded communications leader to join its Executive and Enterprise Communications team. The Director, Executive and Enterprise Communications will lead a talented team of Business Partners who work with Corporate Services and Executives to develop and deliver engaging communication campaigns to the company’s 90,500 employees globally.
This high-visibility role requires extensive experience in developing impactful communication strategies and content, as well as team management, coaching and development. It also requires the ability to get things done through relationships and influence. The Director reports to the Vice-President of Enterprise and Executive Communications and is a member of the Marketing and Communications Extended Leadership Team. Interested candidates must be within commuting distance of our Montreal, Canada headquarters.
-Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at the leadership levels and within the regions to understand business objectives and help implement supporting internal communication strategies and campaigns.
-Create communications strategies, plans, and content that support business needs and drive engagement.
-Advising and collaborating with corporate functions and the regions to develop consistent and compelling global campaigns and content.
-As a trusted advisor, positively influence, provide thought leadership and share internal communications expertise with collaborators to promote adoption of best practices.
-Leverage new and existing channels to reach employees with core messages; develop messaging frameworks that inform, engage, and inspire them to become brand ambassadors.
-Lead the development of campaigns and messaging that raise awareness and understanding of CGI capabilities and offerings, enabling our employees to have more impactful and effective client conversations.

REQUIREMENTS
-Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
-Experience with SharePoint, MS Teams, and MS Yammer is beneficial
