We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director/Senior Director of Facilities Management to oversee the planning, management, and optimization of our company’s real estate, facilities, mail, travel, fleet, and related operations. This role serves as a key strategic partner to assess and align corporate office space, capital resources, and lease opportunities with the organization’s long-term goals. The ideal candidate will provide both technical and operational leadership to internal teams and external vendors, ensuring the physical environment and administrative services support the evolving needs of the business. As an expert in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), the candidate will bring a deep understanding of the commercial terms of outsourcing contracts and delivery methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future needs.
• Facilities Operations Leadership: Oversee the physical environment from curb to interior, ensuring facilities and related services meet business requirements, safety requirements, and security. Manage staff and external vendors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
• Contract & Vendor Management: Manage multiple corporate contracts with service providers for facilities administration, construction, business travel, fleet management, and other services. Ensure service quality, timeliness, and compliance.
• Capital Projects: Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of capital improvement projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline objectives.
• Team Management: Provide technical and operational leadership to internal teams and external partners, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all facilities operations comply with relevant regulations, standards, and policies, prioritizing safety and sustainability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in facilities management, real estate, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic planning.
• Strong knowledge of facilities operations, capital planning, and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets, analyze data, and deliver measurable results.

Annual Salary
$133,000.00 - $207,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
