Cloudera is looking for an experienced B2B Field Marketing Leader for our EMEA region. This vital role will work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative marketing environment, reporting to the SVP, Field Marketing & Operation. This leader will manage a team of direct reports across the Geo and align as a stratgic partner to the EMEA sales leader and team. This person is outcome-focused, data-driven, and is passionate about achieving business objectives and goals. 

The EMEA Field Marketing Leader is responsible for building a prioritzed, integrated marketing GTM plan to fuel pipeline and revenue growth aligned to sales targets and marketing KPIs.  

As a Field Marketing Manager you will:

Closely align with sales on regional sales goals and priorities, keeping a pulse on business needs 

Develop a regional plan that encompasses the full marketing investment mix aligned to company GTM priorities with strategy and purpose, in partnership with the extended marketing team.

Implement a mix of marketing tactics to fuel growth and accelerate deals -  increase brand awareness, reduce churn, and penetrate new logo accounts

Deliver actionable insights and recommendations on new tactics and continual improvements

Measure, analyze and evaluate performance against KPIs and goals to continually optimize results, deliver actionable insights, and make data driven decisions to continually improve outcomes

Manage budget forecasting and spend against marketing targets

Deliver pipeline outcomes and marketing ROI

Drive velocity through the demand funnel to close  

We're excited about you if you have:

BS/BA in business, marketing or communications. 

5+ management experience 

5+ years marketing experience including field marketing

Experience in tech software marketing is preferred

Sales experience is a plus

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written 

Organized, able to manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment, with a desire to improve processes

Can Do Attitude: Highly motivated, self-starter who can quickly adapt in a dynamic work environment

Willing to travel to up to 30%
