Job Overview

This role partners with the Connected Living Solutions Global Operations VP to drive operational performance, financial analysis, and strategic alignment. The Finance Director oversees compliance, budgeting, and resource planning while managing a global team of finance professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the CLS Operations team to enhance productivity and mitigate inventory risks. Consolidate, review, and analyze operational financial results, providing insights and corrective recommendations to leadership. Collaborate on footprint migration, consolidation, and expansion to optimize manufacturing and supply chain capabilities. Lead the strategic plan, annual budget process, and re-cost cycles, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives. Ensure adherence to financial policies and compliance with global standards, including US GAAP, PRC GAAP, Mexico GAAP, and SOX. Drive improvements in digital finance systems across the global operations organization. Manage and mentor a team of 20+ finance professionals globally, fostering talent development and high-performance culture. What your background should look like:

Experience:

10+ years of experience in multinational corporations (MNCs). 5+ years of experience in operational finance, including leadership roles.


Knowledge:

Strong expertise in cost accounting, cost analysis, and financial reporting. Solid understanding of financial drivers and their relationships within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in US GAAP compliance and standards. Knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred.


Education:

Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent; MBA or master’s degree preferred

COMPENSATION
•    Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $160,800 – 241,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
•    Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
•    Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
