Job DescriptionTeam Summary
The Finance Business Partner team is an agile, highly visible team that works using a consultative model with business to apply data to business and finance decisions as well as measure performance.
You will serve as a strategic finance partner to the leaders of Visa’s Advisory Services business and will collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies and analytics to enable business decision making, and lead the long-term planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial analytics for the business. We are looking for a Finance leader, who is a problem solver with great communication skills. You will provide financial insights that enables the business partners to plan, prioritize investments, execute and manage performance.
You are both a player and coach, providing financial thought partnership and analytical support to partners. This is a high visibility role where you will keep senior management informed on performance and support decision making, business reviews, strategy/execution projects, and ad hoc analysis.
What a Director, Finance Business Partner – Value Added Services, Advisory does at Visa:

The VAS Function is a relatively new organization in Visa but has been identified as one of the most critical new functions, specifically to diversify and grow Visa’s revenue both in the medium and long term. The FBP will be part of one of the fastest growing functions in Visa over the next few years.
