Director, Finance Digital Transformation
Job Summary
Establishes a team that will focus on data quality and integrity across the Corporate Datalake, Planful reporting and MicroStrategy. Manages quality of data, data governance, and data reconciliations to ensure accuracy of data so it is reliable. Responsible for building new advanced reports and scorecards that service the C-Suite. Responsible for leading us through a transformation in finance to become more digitized using robotic process automation (RPA) and any other tools that may make sense. Responsible for assessing business needs and preparing cost-benefit analysis to align solutions delivery with strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct a needs and cost assessment for building out the data/RPA team.Lead and manage the team to deliver the finance digital strategy.Liaise with the IT Business Intelligence team to build business cases and deliver strategic data solutions and RPA tools.Prepare needs assessments and perform preliminary cost-benefit analyses for new solutions in order to align business needs and initiatives.Create complex reports to support business users and management requests.Assist programmers and programmer analysts in system acceptance testing and troubleshooting.Act as user liaison to resolve system issues and write reports according to user or management requests.Train (and sell) end users on business software capabilities and drive engagement and adoption.Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements
Education Requirements
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, a related field, or the equivalent education and/or experienceExperience
10 Years Relevant and progressive experience in area of specialization, including previous experience with SaaS driven e-Commerce strategic initiatives and experience with several software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, etc.)Leadership
