The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to drive critical strategic projects and initiatives for the Finance organization. This role is instrumental in driving the execution of key strategic goals, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while contributing to the overall success of organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and initiatives, leveraging resources across various departments and within the finance organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred. 8+ years of experience in program and project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex, cross-functional projects. Experience working directly with and communicating effectively to executive-level stakeholders is critical. Strong understanding of financial principles and processes. Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; strong influencing and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A) is a plus.What you'll receive in return

Responsibilities:
Strategic Goal Setting & Tracking: Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) related to the CFO's strategic priorities. This includes tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and recommending corrective actions to ensure goals are met. This requires clear and concise written and verbal communication to executive leadership.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CFO, CFO Chief of Staff and CFO leadership team to develop strategic plans and initiatives aligned with Company and CFO objectives. This includes contributing to the definition of project scope, objectives, high-level deliverables, and identifying necessary resources across the organization.
Program Management: Lead the execution of complex, strategic initiatives assigned by the CFO and/or Chief of Staff. This includes developing detailed project plans, managing timelines and budgets, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful completion of deliverables. This requires extensive cross-functional collaboration, driving alignment across multiple departments, facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless communication and information flow. Effective communication of project status to stakeholders, including executive leadership, is critical.
Process Optimization: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of key processes and methodologies within the Finance organization. This includes identifying areas for efficiency gains, developing and implementing solutions, and tracking progress against key metrics. This will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies. This role will champion process excellence throughout the Finance organization.
