Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Identify and assess current financial processes and systems to determine areas for improvement and optimization. Design and implement streamlined, efficient, and scalable financial processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency. Evaluate and implement advanced technologies and tools that support finance transformation, including automation, data analytics, and ERP systems. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and innovations in finance and technology to drive continuous improvement and competitive advantage. Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to build support and buy-in for finance transformation initiatives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of finance transformation initiatives. Regularly monitor and report on the progress of transformation projects, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks. Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.Your Credentials:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role driving transformation initiatives. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale finance transformation projects. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of financial processes, systems, and best practices. Proficiency in advanced financial technologies and tools, including ERP systems, data analytics, and automation.The salary range for this position is $122,000 to $183,000 with bonus potential.
