The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data to provide accurate and timely information for strategic and operational decisions. The Director, Financial Planning & Analysis requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment.
The Director, Financial Analytics will:
Insurance/Centerwell NPV Forecasting - Responsible for the continued development and enhancement of our NPV models in order to drive optimal acquisition and IT related investments.Customer Acquisition Cost Modeling – Lead modeling modeling to understand cost to acquire through different sales channels, marketing, and differing products as well as the marginal cost of the next sale.Marketpoint Support – Provide financial and modeling support around channel specific initiatives, M&A opportunities, and partner negotiationsMarketing Support – Assist marketing team in optimizing NPV from call to action marketing and understanding NPVs of members acquired through different ad campaigns.Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to support the Enterprise Growth strategic goalsProvide comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making across the enterpriseDevelop and maintain financial models and forecasts, presenting insights and recommendations to senior managementImprove financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and recommending actionsJob Competencies:

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field8 or more years of finance and/or accounting experience, or equivalent5 or more years of management experienceExperience advising senior leadership on financial strategiesProficient in financial software and advanced Excel skillsKnowledge of complex accounting and financial transactions for internal and external reportingPrior experience developing methods and criteria for measuring and summarizing data for complex analysesExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiencesAbility to lead and manage special projects that may necessitate cross-functional partnershipsMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesPreferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration or a CPA strongly preferredPrior health insurance industry experience working in Finance/AccountingExperience with creating long-term value models, marginal cost curves, marketing spend optimization effortsMA financial knowledge or experienceCenterwell financial knowledge or experienceScheduled Weekly Hours
40Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
