What You Will Do:
The Technology Consulting Director in Guidehouse’s Digital practice leading business development and practice development for Process Insights and Automation pursuits. This includes leading delivery teams on high impact technology transformation project in Celonis and Automation related client engagementsDriving business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development for process automation/process insights opportunities across all federal and commercial business at Guidehouse for process automation/process insights opportunities across all federal and commercial business at Guidehouse.Partner with the practice leader to develop an internal and external presence in the process automation space. This includes marketing and training plans and programs for go to market Guidehouse employees as we build out our technical skills, teams and opportunities.Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology, and culture Facilitating meetings with client stakeholders to gather information Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coachingAbility to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectivesWhat You Will Need:
Experience selling, securing, and launching technology consulting projects including projects using CELONISTechnology project management experience including overseeing junior and mid-level staff, defining project direction, and ensuring successful project deliveryCritical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management, technology, and operational challenges10+ years minimum of experience in technology management consulting with at least 3 years in Process Automation specific engagements and pursuits. Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What Would Be Nice To Have:
Master's Degree - MBA, Advanced engineering degree (or equivalent)Experience in implementing technology and software such as low code/no code platforms, data management, and enterprise resource planning (public sector preferred)Strong professional network and/or experience in business development across financial and non-financial services industries in order to enable development of a company level practice within process insights or process automation services.Experience facilitating meetings and public speaking with large groupsPreference will be given to candidates who reside within a reasonable number of miles to a Guidehouse office. However, given the focus of this role at a company practice level, target clients can be anywhere in the USA and may or may not require travel to those client locations who are not permanently remote.The annual salary range for this position is $226,000.00-$376,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
